Ah, wonderful bloggy goodness…

by jared on Oct.08, 2008, under Blogs, Jared Callan

Theres just something about that picture…you can hear him saying that, cant you? You can.

I was told, by someone on a film set…so it may not be true, that Christopher Walken is crazy as hell and heres why…

On the lakeside set of some film, a PA is sent to get Mr. Walken, from the makeup trailer.

No big deal, right? You would think so.

Anyways, the PA arrives at the makeup trailer, knocks, and enters. He asks around and finds out that Mr. Walken has already gone through makeup and was sent to set, unchaperoned.

The PA just about looses his shit. His first big job and he looses one of the actors!

He franticly searches the set for any sign of Chris Walken. I mean, you cant miss this guy, let alone look over him.

He looks at crafty…no luck. He goes to the trailers…no luck. He even checks back with the makeup trailer…you know, those makeup girls are kinda hot…no luck.

On his way to update the 2nd AD, his boss, the PA spots Mr. Walken by the lake.

Relieved, the PA runs over to him shouting, “Mr. Walken, your needed on the set!”

Chris doesn’t even hear him. Fully clothed, perfect hair and all. He just continues on his course, into the lake. With out a second thought, he walks into the water and disappears below the surface.

The PA, freaking out, runs to the edge of the lake, just as Christopher Walken bursts out of the water spouting, “Today! I am an alligator!”

The PA looks at him for a second, confused and shocked.

Chris continues, “Don’t come any closer or I’ll bite you!”

Now, I’m not sure if this is a true story but I’d like tho think it is.

I have another Chris Walken story…supposedly from the same set, but I’ll save that one for the podcast.
